​During this program we will work at a deeper level with ‘what is’, create opportunities to connect, be supportive and gain new insights. The resulting group bonding will additionally benefit each participant throughout their careers at KPMG.

 

The program will be led by Inge van Zon (Head of R&R) and Caroline Serré (Founding Partner CIC Company) and will combine R&R’s commitment and ownership to solve the challenges of the Senior Manager population with the opportunity for participants to interact with an independent coach when desired.
